A China-based custom tin box manufacturer built around transparent factory communication.
Integrated space for tooling review, printing, stamping, assembly, quality control, and packing.
Engineering, sampling, production, inspection, and export support teams working in one rhythm.
Tin packaging structures across food, beauty, gifts, promotional, industrial, and lifestyle uses.
Our roots
Founded in 2012 in Dongguan, one of China’s major manufacturing centers, Mr. Tin Box began with a simple goal: make custom tinplate packaging easier to source through clear factory communication and dependable quality control.
Over time, overseas buyers asked for more than empty boxes. They needed a partner who could connect product requirements, structural design, tooling, printing, sampling, mass production, packing, and export handoff without losing details between teams.
Today, we work directly with procurement teams, creative agencies, distributors, and brand owners across food, beauty, gift, promotional, and industrial categories.
The direct advantage
Custom tins depend on many small decisions. Keeping those decisions close to the factory helps reduce delays, hidden assumptions, and avoidable production surprises.
You are not filtered through a trading layer. Structure questions, sample comments, lead-time risks, and cost decisions can be handled with the people controlling production.
Custom molds, hinge behavior, lid fit, embossing limits, and insert needs are reviewed early so attractive packaging can still be practical to manufacture at scale.
Food-grade coating options, FDA/SGS/BPA-free material expectations, ISO-style process discipline, and export packing controls are considered before cartons leave the factory.
Global mindset
Language barriers, documentation gaps, and transit damage should not compromise a strong packaging concept. Our team is used to turning international buyer expectations into factory-ready actions.
Project details are translated into practical factory requirements: dimensions, tolerances, artwork status, material choice, closure behavior, and packing method.
FOB, CIF, and freight-forwarder handoffs can be coordinated according to your purchasing process and destination market.
Packing lists, commercial invoices, carton marks, origin documents, and shipment details are prepared to reduce procurement friction.
Export-grade master cartons, polybags, palletization, and product protection are planned around ocean or air freight realities.
How we work
Straight answers on feasibility, tooling, MOQ, sample timing, and production constraints.
Repeatable control files help approved structures, colors, finishes, and packing methods survive scale-up.
When a project changes, the handoff stays inside one factory workflow instead of bouncing between vendors.
Our work is shaped for buyers who need reliable communication across time zones, audits, and shipment milestones.
Factory visit or project review
We welcome factory audits, video tours, and early project discussions. Share your product, artwork status, quantity target, and destination market so our team can recommend a practical path.
